Job summary

STATE STREET CORPORATION seeks an experienced professional to plan, schedule, and manage the daily workflow of client relationships in Treasury Services. You will ensure timely, accurate deliverables and maintain strong client relationships while identifying process improvements to boost efficiency and service quality.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience with 4–6 years in Treasury Services, expense administration, distributions, and regulatory reporting.

Who we are looking forWe are looking for an experienced professional that will be r esponsible for p lan ning , schedul ing , and manag ing the daily workflow of one or more client relationships. In addition, we are looking for someone who can m aintain strong client relationship s , evaluate and recommend process improvements resulting in increased efficiency and improved client service. The qualified candidate will also be responsible for preparing/reviewing Treasury Services tasks associated with client deliverables related to Expense Administration, Distributions, Performance and Regulatory/Board Reporting within the Treasury Services group in State Street’s Global Delivery division. The preferred candidate will have a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience with a focus in Treasury Services work of 4-6 years of related experience.Why this role is important to usThe team you will be joining is a part of State Street Global Services (SSGS). From core custody, accounting, fund administration and shareholder recordkeeping, to complete operations solutions and servicing for alternative assets like OTC derivatives, private equity and real estate, SSGS’ tools help our clients make better investment choices and act on growth opportunities.Join us if making your mark in the financial services industry from day one is a challenge you are up for.What you will be responsible forAs Officer you willPlans, schedules, and manages the daily workflow of one or more client relationshipsEnsures timely and accurate deliverables for each client relationshipHas a strong background in treasury services with concentration in expense administration (budgeting, invoicing, etc.), distribution calculations, fund performance and regulatory/client reportingPerform multiple levels of review on client deliverables related to Expense Administration, Distributions, Performance and Regulatory/Board ReportingCultivates and maintains positive and effective relationships with clients and SSC coworkersComprehends the scope of services offered to clients and reviews with staff ; i dentifies and communicates workflow deviations to avoid unwarranted service expansionOversees the effective coordination of activities with other departmentsEscalate all delays and issues regarding assigned deliverables timely to AVPEnsure all accounting, client and auditor issues are researched and resolved timelyEnsures all controls and procedures are adhered to as well as makes recommendations for improvements .Ensures effective use of automation and makes recommendations for current system enhancements.
