Job summary

Draper, a nonprofit R&D organization based in Cambridge, MA, is seeking a Treasury Manager to lead the treasury function and supervise the Treasury Analyst. The role involves overseeing investment portfolios, cash flow, risk management, and related reporting.

The Treasury Manager will collaborate with internal departments and external providers to ensure liquidity, compliance, and accurate financial reporting, while guiding strategic treasury initiatives for the organization.

Responsibilities

• Manage the Treasury function for Draper. Supervise the Treasury Analyst and others as needed.
• Collaborate with investment managers to monitor portfolios and ensure policy compliance.
• Lead corporate insurance programs and liaise with insurers and brokers.
• Oversee cash flow projections, liquidity, and line-of-credit management.
• Interact with external providers including retirement plan administrators, banks, and rating agencies.
• Coordinate with HR, Internal Audit, Accounting, and Legal on retirement plans and risks.
• Prepare and present to Finance Committee on investments and treasury topics.
