Neighborly is seeking a Treasury Manager to oversee global banking relationships, cash forecasting, and debt facilities. You will lead a team responsible for cash management, timely billing and payment processing, and liquidity optimization across US, Canada and international operations.

The role is hybrid, based in Irving, TX, with a competitive base pay, annual bonus potential and associate equity. Requires 7+ years in treasury and a finance degree; MBA preferred.

Qualifications

• 7+ years experience in treasury management and cash forecasting.
• 3+ years experience leading teams.
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance; MBA preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage global banking relationships and cash position.
• Lead treasury staff and develop the team.
• Prepare and monitor cash flow forecasts and liquidity analyses.
• Oversee debt facilities management including borrowing and repayments.
• Monitor foreign currency exposure and currency payments.
• Support treasury integration for acquisitions.
