Job summary

Qonto is seeking a Head of Treasury to own daily treasury operations during its PSP-to-bank transition. You will lead a small team, manage cash flows, and ensure readiness to meet banking regulatory requirements from day one.

You will report to the Director of Core Finance and collaborate with Risk & Compliance and the core banking team to align systems with banking standards. Fluency in French is required.

Qualifications

• Hands-on cash management in bank or large corporate settings.
• Experience with PSP vs bank treasury and licensing considerations.
• Familiarity with SEPA/SWIFT and treasury systems.
• Proven leadership of Treasurers and specialists.
• Ability to translate ALM directives into operations.
• Fluent French for ACPR interactions and local banking processes.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily cash flows and liquidity under regulatory constraints.
• Lead treasury team of 2–3 specialists through bank transition.
• Serve as primary treasury contact for banking license project.
• Execute ALM strategies defined by the team and committee.
• Bridge treasury ops with product and engineering teams.
• Collaborate with Risk & Compliance on regulatory implementation.
