Job summary

Limiting Factor Group is seeking a Treasury Lead to forecast cash flows and manage liquidity for daily, weekly and 13-week horizons. The role oversees bank accounts, payment controls and debt facilities, ensuring covenant compliance and lender reporting.

You will invest surplus cash under policy, monitor interest rate risks, and work onsite in Menlo Park, CA. A finance degree is required and extended hours or travel may be needed.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in treasury, corporate finance or banking.
• Experience administering credit facilities and tracking covenants.
• Strong cash forecasting and financial modeling skills.
• Knowledge of bank payment systems and fraud-prevention controls.
• Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting or a related field.

Job description

LFG designs, builds and manages power infrastructure for compute systems and utility providers. The Treasury Lead manages the company's cash and banking operations.

What you will do

• Work with finance to forecast cash on a daily, weekly and 13-week basis and manage liquidity
• Manage bank accounts, banking relationships and payment controls
• Administer debt facilities: draws, interest payments, covenant compliance and lender reporting
• Invest surplus cash under the company's investment policy
• Monitor interest rate and other financial risks

Additional Requirements

• Willing to work extended hours and/or weekends as needed
• This position is based in Menlo Park, CA, and requires being onsite full-time - hybrid and remote work will not be considered
• Must be willing to travel to other LFG locations
  

Compensation & Benefits

Pay Range:
$120,000.00 - $200,000.00
Your actual level and base salary will be determined on a case-by-case basis and may vary based on the following considerations: job-related knowledge and skills, education, and experience.
Base salary is just one part of your total rewards package at LFG. You may also be eligible for long-term incentives, in the form of company stock or long-term cash awards, as well as potential discretionary bonuses.
