LFG designs, builds and manages power infrastructure for compute systems and utility providers. As our first recruiter, you’ll build hiring here from the ground up, reporting directly to the Head of People and Talent.

You’ll own every search across the company, from finance analysts to engineers and skilled trades. The role requires sourcing for engineering and trades, optimizing the interview plan, and delivering offers in a fast-growing environment.

Qualifications

• 6+ years in recruiting, including technical or skilled trades hiring.
• Experience hiring for a company that is growing quickly.
• Experience with an applicant tracking system.
• Ability to manage many open roles at once and keep hiring managers informed.
• Recruiting experience in data centers, construction or energy. (Preferred)
• Experience hiring in rural or small labor markets. (Preferred)

• Make sure hiring practices meet California and Washington requirements.

The people we need most are the hardest to find, especially those with data center experience, and most of them aren’t looking. Your job is to find them, earn their attention, and show them why LFG is worth the move.

Additional Requirements

• Willing to work extended hours and/or weekends as needed
• Must be willing to travel to other LFG locations

Pay Range:
$140,000.00 - $180,000.00
Your actual level and base salary will be determined on a case-by-case basis and may vary based on the following considerations: job-related knowledge and skills, education, and experience.

Base salary is just one part of your total rewards package at LFG. You may also be eligible for long-term incentives, in the form of company stock or long-term cash awards, as well as potential discretionary bonuses.
