Limiting Factor Group (LFG) designs, builds and manages power infrastructure for compute systems and utility providers. The Finance Analyst collaborates with the head of finance to drive financial planning, corporate finance and strategic finance workstreams across the company.

You will build the models leadership uses to decide how to build, finance and monetize our infrastructure. You will own the financial plan, cash-flow and GAAP forecasting, and oversee budgeting, forecasting and long-range

Competenze

• 2–5 years in investment banking, private equity, venture capital, or startup finance.
• Advanced spreadsheet modeling skills.
• Comfort working with large data sets and databases like SQL.
• Ability to explain numbers clearly in writing and in person.
• Bachelor's degree from a qualified institution.
• SQL or experience with a reporting tool.

What you will do

• Lead debt and equity financing for new sites, from lender selection and modeling through closing.
• Work with accounting on close, financial reporting, tax and auditing
• Report financial results, risks and recommendations to leadership
• Hire, develop and manage the finance team

Qualifications

• 2 to 5 years in investment banking, private equity, venture capital, or start-up finance
• Advanced spreadsheet modeling skills
• Comfort working with large data sets and databases like SQL

• Bachelor's degree from a qualified institution
• SQL or experience with a reporting tool.

Additional Requirements

• Willing to work extended hours and/or weekends as needed
• This position is based in Menlo Park, CA, and requires being onsite full-time - hybrid and remote work will not be considered
• Must be willing to travel to other LFG locations

Pay Range:
$100,000.00 - $150,000.00
Your actual level and base salary will be determined on a case-by-case basis and may vary based on the following considerations: job-related knowledge and skills, education, and experience.

Base salary is just one part of your total rewards package at LFG. You may also be eligible for long-term incentives, in the form of company stock or long-term cash awards, as well as potential discretionary bonuses.
