Job summary

Qualifications

• 1 year of Treasury Management sales experience.
• 1-5 years of sales and customer relationship building experience.
• Proven track record of achieving sales goals and growing commercial relationships.

Responsibilities

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities with commercial clients and prospects to drive deposit growth and fee income.
• Partner with commercial lenders and relationship managers to provide Treasury Management solutions that enhance client retention and satisfaction.
• Conduct comprehensive needs assessments to design tailored cash management strategies including payables, receivables, fraud prevention, and liquidity solutions.
• Present and demonstrate treasury products and services to clients and prospects, ensuring alignment with their operational and strategic goals.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of treasury products, industry trends, regulatory requirements, and competitive positioning.
• Prepare and deliver proposals, pricing, and profitability analyses to support new and existing client relationships.
• Meet or exceed assigned sales goals and performance metrics.
• Provide ongoing training and support to internal staff and partners regarding Treasury Management capabilities.
• Cross sell bank products and refer clients to bank partners.
