• Flag variance the moment it appears, not after the quarter closes
• Reconcile foreign-exchange gains as Fresno, CA operations settle abroad
• Translate raw numbers into clear dashboards for non-finance stakeholders
• Walk auditors through documentation so clean it answers itself
• Forecast headcount costs and partner with HR on compensation planning
• Steer the contract grant reporting that keeps funders confident
