Neal Communities is seeking a treasury/finance professional to support daily cash management, banking records, and line of credit administration. The role involves preparing cash flow reports and assisting with financing transactions, tax returns, and corporate filings.

Ideal candidates will have a Bachelor’s in Accounting or Finance and 5+ years of related experience, with strong Excel skills and attention to detail.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field required.
• 5+ years experience in accounting, finance, treasury, public accounting, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Support Treasury activities, including maintenance of bank accounts and banking records.
• Assist with daily cash management activities and cash flow reporting.
• Support line of credit administration and covenant compliance.
• Record monthly interest expense and loan fees for active debt facilities.
• Assist with federal income tax and property tax returns.
• Coordinate debt and financing item requests from lenders, auditors, and consultants.
• Assist with corporate entity maintenance and state filings.
