Job summary

Neal Communities of Southwest Florida, Inc. is seeking an experienced accounting/treasury professional to manage daily cash operations, assist with cash flow reporting, and support debt and tax-related activities.

The role requires strong Excel skills and a solid understanding of financial statements and reconciliations. The ideal candidate brings 5+ years in accounting/finance and can handle multiple projects with high attention to detail.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or related field is required.
• 5+ years of experience in accounting, finance, treasury, or related field.
• Strong understanding of financial statements, reconciliations, and accounting principles.

Responsibilities

• Support Treasury activities, including maintenance of bank accounts and banking records.
• Assist with daily cash management activities and cash flow reporting.
• Support line of credit administration, including collateral reporting and covenant compliance.
• Record monthly interest expenses and loan fees for debt facilities.
• Assist with tax returns and corporate entity maintenance.
• Support projects involving acquisitions, financing and land development.
• Identify opportunities to improve reporting efficiency.
