Job summary

Green Key Resources is seeking a motivated Treasury Analyst to join the Finance team in New York. The role targets individuals with 1–3 years of experience in treasury, cash management, accounting, banking, or corporate finance who strive to grow within treasury.

You will monitor cash balances, prepare cash reports, assist with forecasting, process banking transactions, and support month-end and year-end treasury reporting while collaborating with Accounting and FP&A teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.
• 1–3 years of treasury, accounting, banking, or corporate finance experience.
• Strong Excel skills; PivotTables and VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP experience preferred.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Monitor daily cash balances and assist with cash management activities.
• Prepare daily and weekly cash position reports.
• Assist with cash flow forecasting and liquidity reporting.
• Process ACH, wire transfers, and other banking transactions.
• Perform bank account reconciliations and maintain banking records.
• Assist with bank account administration and maintain accurate banking records.
• Research and resolve discrepancies and outstanding transactions.
• Support month-end and year-end treasury reporting.
• Assist with debt, interest, and investment-related reporting.
• Prepare financial and treasury reports for management.
• Work closely with Accounting, FP&A, and other Finance teams.
• Assist with treasury projects and process improvements.
