Job summary

MathCo seeks an Engagement Manager with a strong background in corporate finance and treasury to lead finance transformation engagements for Fortune 500 US clients. You will bridge Treasury and Finance stakeholders with MathCo’s data, AI, and technology teams, translating treasury operations into data-driven analytics and automation that improve cash visibility, forecasting, and liquidity decisions.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, economics or business.
MBA or CTP is a plus.
Experience managing client engagements or leading small teams.
Strong communication and ability to translate analytics to leadership.

Responsibilities

Act as a trusted advisor to Treasury and Finance leadership, framing priorities into phased solutions.
Lead current-state assessments of treasury and finance processes and define target-state models.
Collaborate with Treasury, FP&A, Accounting, Tax, and Finance IT to design cash flow forecasting and liquidity analytics.
Translate treasury requirements into data and system requirements across ERP (SAP S/4HANA) and banking platforms.
Identify AI and automation use cases with a clear path to value and adoption.
Summarize findings for senior leadership and manage cross-functional onshore/offshore teams.
