Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Risk Management, or related field.
• 10+ years of progressively responsible experience in Risk Management, Compliance, Audit, Treasury, or related control functions.
• Experience with global treasury functions and knowledge of treasury processes.
• Understanding of risk management frameworks, internal controls, governance, and regulatory requirements.
• Experience leading large-scale risk assessments and regulatory initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic risk advisory and oversight to Global Treasury & Finance leadership.
• Lead risk forums, identify emerging risks, and drive mitigation strategies.
• Mentor junior risk professionals and promote risk-excellence culture.
• Design and oversee end-to-end risk and control frameworks across Treasury processes.
• Collaborate with Compliance, Audit, Legal, Technology, and Finance stakeholders.
• Develop executive risk reporting and governance materials for senior management.
