Job summary

State Street seeks a Global Treasury Audit, Vice President to provide independent assurance over the Bank's risk management practices, with emphasis on IRRBB and ALM. You will lead audits, assess controls, and report to senior management and regulators, translating complex Treasury concepts into clear conclusions.

You will collaborate with the Global Treasury Audit team, support planning, risk assessments, and regulatory engagements, and mentor audit staff while staying current on industry

Qualifications

• 10+ years in internal audit, risk management, Treasury, or related financial services roles.
• Experience with IRRBB, deposit modeling, stress testing and governance.

Responsibilities

• Lead Treasury risk audits and challenge design and effectiveness of controls.
• Assess IRRBB governance, risk measurement, scenarios, and management reporting.
• Evaluate ALM practices, including balance sheet positioning and hedging activity.
• Coach auditors on Treasury risk concepts and regulatory expectations.
