Qualifications

• Lead treasury SOX design and control enhancements.
• Oversee enterprise liquidity reporting for senior leadership.
• Prepare materials for rating agencies and lenders.
• Develop reports on interest rate and refinancing risks.
• Drive improvements in treasury reporting processes.
