The role collaborates with Finance, Operations, Compliance, Legal, and Executive Leadership to build a scalable treasury organization that supports growth, grants, and investments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, Treasury, Business Administration, or related field.
• Minimum 10 years of progressive treasury experience.
• Minimum 5 years of treasury leadership or management experience.
• Experience leading treasury functions in a complex financial environment.
• Significant experience overseeing high-volume and high-value wire operations.
• Experience managing liquidity, cash forecasting, and banking relationships.
• Proven success implementing treasury controls and fraud prevention programs.
• Experience leading treasury technology initiatives and operational transformations.

Responsibilities

• Lead the strategic direction of treasury functions and growth.
