Job summary

Jobot is seeking a Director of Treasury to lead treasury operations, liquidity management, custody and trust administration, and banking relationships. This senior role partners with Finance, Investments, Legal, Risk, and executive leadership to drive strategy and operational excellence.

The role reports to the Treasurer and offers visibility across the organization, with an attractive package including incentive opportunities and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive Treasury experience.
• Direct experience managing custody and trust accounts.
• Strong understanding of liquidity management, treasury operations, and asset servicing.
• Experience working with custodians, trustees, and banking partners.
• Prior leadership or management experience.
• Excellent communication skills with experience presenting to executive leadership.
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
• CPA, CFA, or MBA is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day treasury function with focus on safeguarding cash and investments.
• Manage banking relationships, custodians, trustees, and external partners.
• Oversee collateral management, funding, and liquidity forecasting.
• Monitor credit facilities, pledged collateral, and capital deployment.
• Collaborate with Finance, Investments, Accounting, Risk, and Legal on treasury initiatives.
• Assist with treasury technology initiatives and reporting automation.
• Support senior leadership with executive reporting and board materials.
• Maintain internal controls and governance for asset protection and compliance.

Education

Bachelor's degree in Finance/Accounting

CPA/CFA/MBA (plus)
