Job Description

Position Summary

The Resolution Life Treasury department supports the company through two primary verticals: Treasury Operations and Treasury Strategy and Consulting. The former manages daily cash, liquidity, and relationships with banks; the latter focuses on new business integration and strategic projects. This role manages a team within Treasury Operations.

Responsibilities

• Manage all aspects of Treasury Operations including credit, liquidity, cash management, and bank relationships.
• Ensure process efficiency and transition of new business or projects to BAU, understanding liquidity and collateral risks.
• Perform complex analysis and seek new data sources as needed.
• Develop bank relationship strategies and implement new products/services for process improvement.
• Oversee banking operations, including account management, security, and fee analysis.
• Develop and enforce treasury policies, identify risks, and implement controls.
• Resolve escalated issues with stakeholders and vendors.
• Maintain treasury technology and data systems.
• Lead special projects and provide training to staff.
• Take on additional responsibilities over time.

Knowledge & Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in relevant fields; MBA preferred.
• CTP qualification strongly preferred; CPA or CFA a bonus.
• 7-10 years in treasury, cash management, or investment operations, with industry knowledge.
• Experience with Kyriba or similar systems.
• Strong analytical, detail-oriented, and tech-savvy skills.
• Ability to understand process impact on broader goals and stakeholder needs.

This is a full-time role based in the US, with travel up to 15%. Locations include West Chester, PA; New York, NY; Atlanta, GA, with a hybrid work model.

Salary & Benefits

Salary ranges vary by location, with comprehensive benefits including health, wellness, incentives, and 401k. Specific ranges:

• West Chester, PA: $167,500 - $204,800
• New York, NY: $99,700 - $121,900
• Atlanta, GA: $170,200 - $208,000
