Job summary

TotalEnergies US is seeking a senior Treasury professional to lead process transformation and digitalization across TEHUSA and TEAS Treasury. This role focuses on improving cash forecasting, automation, data integrity, and reporting through the QUANTUM Treasury Management System.

You will drive ongoing optimization of treasury operations, manage bank relationships, and support financing activities, ensuring compliance with internal controls and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

• 7-10 years experience in Treasury, Accounting and/or Finance.
• Strong ability to drive automation, straight-through processing and data analytics using Power BI.
• Proficiency in cash and liquidity management, banking ops, payments and intercompany funding with Quantum TMS.
• Digital transformation mindset with collaboration across cross-functional teams.
• Certifications such as CTP/CPA/CFA are advantageous; Microsoft Power Platform and project/change management skills valued.

Responsibilities

• Lead data analytics to identify cash forecast variances and improve forecasting accuracy.
• Drive treasury digital transformation using automation, data analytics, and dashboards.
• Propose process optimization and manage implementation projects.
• Ensure control, monitoring, and dashboards over bank accounts and balances.
• Support financing processes and liaise with HQ for working capital and long-term loans.
• Administer the QUANTUM TMS, reconciliations, and reporting.
• Coordinate external financing activities (US Shelf bonds and USCPs) and system integration.
• Provide support to US affiliates for QUANTUM and Themis-related questions.
• Back up daily processing for treasury activities and participate in special projects.
