Quest Group is actively recruiting for an experienced Senior Treasury Professional to lead and optimize the organization’s treasury operations, liquidity management, cash forecasting, banking relationships, and financial risk management activities. This role will partner closely with Finance, Accounting, FP&A, Tax, Legal, and business leaders to ensure effective management of the company’s cash and financial resources.
The ideal candidate is a strategic and analytical treasury professional with strong technical expertise, excellent business judgment, and the ability to operate effectively in a dynamic, growth-oriented environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead daily treasury operations, including cash positioning, cash management, funding, and bank account administration.
- Develop and maintain short- and long-term cash flow forecasts and provide insights into liquidity requirements.
- Monitor cash balances and optimize the deployment of excess cash while maintaining appropriate liquidity levels.
- Manage banking relationships and evaluate banking services, fees, and account structures.
- Support debt management, credit facilities, financing activities, and capital structure initiatives.
- Identify, assess, and mitigate financial risks, including foreign exchange, interest rate, liquidity, and counterparty risk.
- Develop and maintain treasury policies, procedures, controls, and governance frameworks.
- Partner with Accounting to ensure accurate and timely reconciliation of cash and treasury-related accounts.
- Support investment of corporate cash in accordance with company policies and risk parameters.
- Assist with treasury technology, including Treasury Management Systems (TMS), ERP platforms, bank connectivity, and process automation.
- Prepare treasury reporting, liquidity analyses, and executive-level presentations.
- Support mergers, acquisitions, divestitures, international expansion, and other strategic initiatives as they relate to treasury.
- Ensure compliance with internal controls, financial policies, banking requirements, and applicable regulations.
- Identify opportunities to improve treasury processes, controls, reporting, and automation.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
- 7+ years of progressive experience in treasury, corporate finance, banking, or a related discipline.
- Strong knowledge of cash management, liquidity forecasting
