Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Prepare and analyze complex financial reports for GAAP/GASB compliance.
• Coordinate annual financial reporting to WA State Auditor and City.
• Maintain SOPs for critical functions.
• Process journal entries and balance at fund level.
• Assist with budget development and capital planning.
• Reconcile cash accounts monthly.
• Support ERP software upgrades and access management.
