Job summary

Trovata is expanding its Treasury team and seeks a Customer Success Manager or Senior CSM to support customers using Trovata TMS, guiding adoption, value realization, and renewals. You will collaborate across CS, Sales, Ops, Product, and Engineering to maximize customer outcomes.

With 5–7+ years in CS or related roles and strong treasury/finance knowledge, you will drive renewals, upsells, and risk mitigation while engaging with senior stakeholders and maintaining expert product knowledge.

Qualifications

• 5–7+ years in Customer Success or account management in software.
• Hands-on treasury/TMS domain experience; direct Trovata TMS or similar treasury platforms a plus.
• Experience managing multiple customers with onboarding and training.
• Proven track record of driving outcomes and renewals/expansions.
• Exceptional ability to communicate with upper management and C-Suite executives.
• Technical product familiarity; you'll become a product expert.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end relationships for a defined book of business, including onboarding, adoption, and renewals.
• Collaborate with CS, Sales, Operations, Product, Engineering and leadership to realize value and revenue opportunities.
• Engage daily with customers using datasets to fuel effective engagements.
• Lead structured customer engagements (cadence calls, QBRs) with clear agendas and outcomes.
• Deliver on commitments and timelines for customer-facing and internal workstreams.
• Develop understanding of Trovata TMS features including cash positioning, forecasting, bank connectivity, and money movement.
