Job summary

Trovata is seeking a Customer Success Manager, Treasury (TMS) to manage a defined book of business, drive onboarding, adoption, and renewals. You will work with CS, Sales, Operations, Product, Engineering to unlock value and revenue opportunities for clients using Trovata TMS.

The role requires treasury fluency, strong customer success instincts, and the ability to engage with C-suite executives. Compensation ranges from $90,000 to $130,000, with an MBO/bonus component.

Qualifications

• 5–7+ years in customer-facing roles in software, ideally finance/treasury.
• Hands-on experience with a Treasury Management System (TMS) or ERP.
• Proven ability to manage multiple customers with strong onboarding and renewal focus.
• Experience communicating with C-suite executives and built trust with stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end customer relationship for a defined book, including onboarding, adoption, and renewals.
• Collaborate across CS, Sales, Operations, Product, Engineering to realize value and revenue opportunities.
• Engage daily with customers and monitor performance metrics using available datasets.
• Lead structured customer engagements (cadence calls, QBRs) with clear agendas and follow-through.
• Proactively identify risk and work with the team to mitigate it.
• Advocate for customer needs to influence product roadmaps for Trovata TMS.
