Job summary

Trovata is hiring a Customer Success Manager or Senior Customer Success Manager to join the Treasury team. You will support customers using Trovata TMS, drive ongoing value, growth, and renewal in your book of business, and bring treasury fluency to a high-velocity customer success environment.

Compensation is $140,000 - $170,000 with an MBO/bonus component, DOE, and a remote-friendly, flexible work setup designed for enterprise customers.

Qualifications

• Five to seven years in Customer Success or a related client-facing role in software.
• Experience with Treasury Management or cash management platforms or ERP systems.
• Proven ability to manage multiple customers and renewals with strong attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building with executives.
• Product fluency and ability to act as the voice of the customer.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end relationship for a defined book of business, including onboarding, adoption, and renewals.
• Collaborate across CS, Sales, Operations, Product, Engineering, and leadership to realize value and revenue opportunities.
• Engage daily with customers, leveraging datasets to drive effective engagements.
• Lead structured customer engagements (cadence calls, QBRs) with clear agendas and outcomes.
• Identify risks, collaborate to mitigate them, and advocate for customer needs in roadmap discussions.
