Job summary

Google LLC’s in-house team seeks an Associate Corporate Counsel for its liquidity and financial markets division in Addison, TX. You will advise on treasury structures, fund commitments, side letters, and cross-border matters within a global finance framework.

You will collaborate with Treasury, Tax, and Accounting on high-stakes transactions, including debt and equity financings and regulatory considerations across jurisdictions. Equity is offered along with benefits.

Qualifications

• Admitted to the bar in the relevant state.
• 3 years attorney-level experience in funds, derivatives, or trading counterparty agreements.
• In-house status or authorization to practice law in the posting state.

Responsibilities

• Lead advisory on Treasury pillars, fund commitments, LPAs and related documents.
• Draft ISDA Master Agreements, CSAs, prime brokerage, and other trading docs.
• Support debt/equity financings: bonds, facilities, commercial paper and covenants.
• Advise on cross-border regulatory issues (securities, lending, derivatives).
