Job summary

Greenberg Traurig, LLP, a global law firm, is seeking a 2nd–4th year associate for the Corporate Finance group in our Dallas or Houston office. The ideal candidate will have experience representing administrative agents, lenders and borrowers in club and broadly syndicated credit facilities, and will draft credit agreements and closing deliverables with strong drafting skills.

Admission to one or more state bars is required, with Texas bar admission a plus.

Qualifications

• Experience representing administrative agents, lenders and borrowers in club and broadly syndicated credit facilities.
• Strong drafting skills for credit agreements, debt letters, term sheets and closing deliverables.
• Willingness to take on significant responsibility for deal management and client interaction.
