Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree required or equivalent banking experience.
• 3–4 years in bank operations or customer service, or 7–8 years equivalent experience.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong knowledge of banking and Treasury Management products.

Responsibilities

• Directly support all service aspects of corporate card.
• Deliver best-in-class service through effective communication and timely resolution of inquiries.
• Proactively inform customers about system changes or outages that could impact them.
• Collaborate with Card Sales, Account Managers, and Treasury Management Officers.
