Job summary

Berkshire Residential Investments is seeking a Treasury Coordinator to support cash management for domestic accounts and the broader treasury process. This role requires analytical work, strong organization, and effective communication with stakeholders across the company.

Responsibilities include maintaining bank accounts, managing daily cash positions, and supporting banking technology implementations. A minimum of 2 years in cash management and an Associate degree or higher are preferred.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in cash management
• Experience with SOX compliance and treasury policies
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
• Excellent verbal and written communication across stakeholders

Responsibilities

• Perform analytical and administrative duties within cash management
• Determine daily cash positions and initiate transactions for borrowings, investments, and transfers
• Open/close Berkshire bank accounts and maintain related records
• Manage day-to-day banking relationships and related documentation
• Assist with banking technology implementations and support
• Support treasury-related projects as needed
• Demonstrate tact and discretion in all dealings
