Job summary

Berkshire Residential Investments is seeking a Treasury Coordinator to support cash management for domestic accounts and the broader treasury process. This role requires analytical work, strong organization, and effective communication with stakeholders across the company.

Responsibilities include maintaining bank accounts, managing daily cash positions, and supporting banking technology implementations. A minimum of 2 years in cash management and an Associate degree or higher are preferred.

Position Summary

The Treasury Coordinator will assist in the cash management of all domestic accounts as well as supporting the entire treasury process for Berkshire.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Performs a variety of analytical and administrative duties primarily within cash management
• Assists in determining the daily cash position for various Berkshire entities and the initiation of transactions relative to borrowings, investments, and transfer of funds
• Manages the opening and closing of all Berkshire bank accounts, maintaining records, and related documents
• Administers day to day operational banking relationships for all bank accounts
• Assists with implementations and support of banking technologies and software/web applications
• Assists with other treasury related projects as they come up
• Consistently demonstrate use of tact and discretion

Knowledge/Experience

• At least two (2) years of experience in cash management and has thorough understanding of cash management, issues that may arise, and knowledge of US banking systems
• Demonstrated experience with Sarbanes-Oxley (SOX) requirements and compliance and able to follow treasury/company policies and procedures. Provide knowledge if something needs to change
• Aptitude for organizing, prioritizing, and managing multiple priorities, using critical thinking and problem solving
• Demonstrated multi-modal communication style that reaches every stakeholder, specifically excellent verbal, and written communications
• Ability to communicate with and manage up to senior management
• Collaborative working style with inclusive work and thinking behaviors, commitment to excellence in teams and work product, with a strong work ethic
• Demonstrate emotional intelligence in high pressure and sensitive situations
• Tenacity, patience, and perseverance to work with business deals from beginning to end of process

Technical/Educational Requirements

• Associate's degree or higher preferred
• Demonstrated ability to use and learn new technology (e.g., computers/hardware, mobile, software, cloud-based programs)
• Proficiency with computers, keyboards, monitors and telephone headsets
• Proficiency in Microsoft Suite of Products (e.g., Word, Outlook, Excel, Teams, Power Point)
• Proficiency with FIS Integrity Treasury workstation & Yardi
• Proficiency with multiple online banking systems/services that Berkshire currently uses such as Bank of America's CashPro and KeyBank's KeyNavigator

Current anticipated annual base salary range: $60,000 - $70,000.
