Job summary

Family Residences and Essential Enterprises, Inc. (FREE) is seeking a Treasury Analyst to support daily treasury operations, provide accurate cash reporting, and assist with bank structure management and risk activities.

Reporting to the Chief Finance & Data Officer, you will produce reports for cash forecasting, manage liquidity, and ensure controls adhere to policy; in-person work in our NY office is expected.

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, business administration, economics, or related field.
• Experience: A minimum of two (2) years in treasury, cash management, corporate banking, or related finance/accounting function, including cash management, bank reconciliations, payment processing, and banking operations.
• Specialized Training, Licenses, Certifications: Not required, training provided upon hire.
• Knowledge, Skills, Competencies, and Abilities: Banking industry knowledge; Excel; analytical and accounting skills; ability to prioritize; teamwork; communication; works well in fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day corporate banking tasks, including account openings, closures, and documentation of authorized signers.
• Resolve operational banking issues, investigate discrepancies, and manage bank fee analysis.
• Maintain and reconcile records for all Line of Credit accounts; prepare adjusting entries.
• Oversee daily cash position to ensure payment commitments are met.
• Coordinate short-term borrowing and invest excess cash; drive daily treasury ops.
• Prepare cash position reports daily, weekly, and monthly.
• Strengthen operational controls and adopt best practices.
• Approve Transfers, ACH and Wire payments per approvals and policy.
