JCW Group seeks a Head of Specialty Banking (Treasury/Cash Management Sales) for a community bank in Orange County. This leader will oversee a team of four focused on selling treasury and cash management solutions and will report directly to the CEO.

The role requires a proven track record in treasury and cash management sales within banking, plus 10+ years in sales or relationship management, executive polish, and the ability to engage senior decision-makers at client banks on a daily basis at

Qualifications

• A strong track record of leadership in treasury management sales and/or cash management sales in banking.
• 10+ years of banking experience from a sales or relationship management-oriented field.
• Executive polish/charisma/ability to maintain relationships with all the major decision makers at the bank.
• The ability to work in the corporate office five days a week.
