Job summary

Crux, Inc. is building a capital and treasury function to fund rapid deployments for its AI infrastructure. You will design an automated cash operations engine, manage liquidity and solvency, and serve as the external bridge to debt/equity investors.

Reporting to the CFO, you will shape the company’s capital narrative across finance, legal, and leadership. The role emphasizes real-time cash visibility, 13‑week forecasting, and automated treasury workflows in a fast-growing, capital-intensive

Qualifications

• 8–12+ years in treasury, IR and/or corporate finance in high-growth capital-intensive companies
• Experience administering structured debt and lending facilities
• Proven ability to build precise 13-week cash models tied to procurement and disbursements
• Excellent communication with debt/equity investors

Responsibilities

• Architect systems for cash governance and automated treasury operations
• Build cash visibility, 13-week forecasts, and liquidity management
• Maintain banking relationships, debt compliance, and debt facilities
• Partner with CFO and exec team on investor relations and capital narrative
• Lead and mentor treasury and IR professionals as the team grows
