Job summary

Anthropic is seeking an experienced leader to build and own the Treasury, Liquidity & Capital Planning function. You will forecast cash flow across entities and currencies, manage liquidity, and support capital allocation decisions with scenario analysis.

You will work closely with FP&A, Accounting, Tax, and business teams to improve processes and controls while leveraging AI tools to automate treasury workflows.

Qualifications

• Have built and owned a direct cash flow model across multiple entities and currencies.
• Forecast balance sheet, leverage and covenant metrics for CFO and Treasury stakeholders.
• Understand how forecast translates into investment ladder and hedging; drive process improvements.
• Experience in data-driven treasury with bank feeds, ERP cash flows and portfolio reports.

Responsibilities

• Build, own and improve a direct cash flow model by entity and currency.
• Establish disciplined forecasting cadence across monthly, quarterly and annual cycles.
• Support capital allocation decisions with scenario analysis and liquidity trade-off insights.
• Monitor working capital drivers (receivables, payables, DSO/DPO) to improve liquidity.
• Prepare cash flow analyses for Treasurer, CFO and senior leadership.
• Collaborate with FP&A, Accounting, Tax and business teams to improve accuracy and controls.
• Serve as back-up for investments desk and FX/markets desks.
