Jobot is seeking a Treasury/Cash Manager in Dallas to oversee daily cash management, implement treasury controls, and manage liquidity for a growing real estate-backed company. The role partners with senior management to ensure funds meet operational and capital needs and oversees budgeting, banking relationships, and investment activities.

The ideal candidate will have 5+ years in cash management, strong analytical and leadership skills, and expert Excel proficiency.

Qualifikationen

• Minimum of 5+ years of cash management or treasury experience.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent organizational skills and ability to multitask and meet deadlines.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, with exceptional Excel skills.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.

Aufgaben

• Oversee and manage daily cash management transactions, reporting cash operation activities, and projecting future cash needs.
• Implement and maintain a system of policies and procedures that impose an adequate level of control over treasury activities.
• Ensure that sufficient funds are available to meet ongoing operational and capital investment requirements.
• Manage the company's investments, liquidity, and cash management portfolio.
• Responsible for the preparation and management of the company's budget.
• Manage relationships with financial service providers, negotiate with financial institutions to improve banking products and services.
• Monitor and manage the performance of banking and financial service providers.
