Navitus Health Solutions is seeking a Principal, Treasury & Banking to lead cash management, liquidity forecasting, and banking relationships. You will oversee treasury systems, investments, and risk management in partnership with Finance, Accounting, FP&A, and executives.

You will drive risk controls, reporting to the Board, and deliver insights on liquidity and portfolio performance while ensuring regulatory compliance and governance across treasury activities.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field; Master’s preferred.
• 8+ years of progressive experience in treasury, cash management, banking, corporate finance, or related field.
• Experience managing cash, liquidity, treasury systems, investment portfolios, and banking relationships.
• Experience providing financial analysis and treasury subject‑matter expertise to senior/executive leadership.
• Participation in compliance program objectives.
• Ability to interact cooperatively with employees.

• Manage day-to-day treasury operations, including cash positioning, liquidity forecasting, and working capital management.
• Oversee banking relationships, credit facilities, and treasury service providers.
• Lead evaluation and implementation of treasury and cash management systems to enhance automation and internal controls.
• Manage investment portfolio coordination with external managers and reporting.
• Develop and maintain treasury policies and internal controls aligned with risk management.
