U.S. Bank is seeking a Treasury API Coordinator to optimize client onboarding for Treasury Management APIs. You will coordinate across business and technical teams to define customer journeys, manage inquiries, and ensure readiness for seamless connectivity with U.S. Bank APIs.

The role emphasizes collaboration, documentation, and ongoing process improvements, with a strong focus on onboarding new clients and enabling productive API usage.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
• Typically four or more years of related experience.
• Eight or more years of API support experience.
• Strong knowledge of APIs and integration technologies.
• Experience with RESTful APIs, authentication and authorization mechanisms, JSON/XML payloads.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the client onboarding journey and help integrate applications with U.S. Bank.
• Be the subject matter expert for API connectivity solutions and assist with inquiries.
• Serve as a single point of contact to launch client applications and validate readiness.
• Review and document client use cases to improve understanding of connectivity and efficiency.
• Coordinate with internal teams and vendors to fulfill client inquiries and promote collaboration, including Apigee configuration.
• Draft documentation to improve onboarding processes and handoffs to production teams.
• Collect client feedback and identify opportunities for continual improvement.
