Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree, or equivalent work experience
• Typically four or more years of related experience

Responsibilities

• Oversee client onboarding journey and identify preferred solution for seamless app integration.
• Be SME with API connectivity solutions and facilitate client inquiries from access requests to technical assistance.
• Act as single point of contact to launch client applications and validate readiness to launch.
• Document client use cases and recommend best practices to improve connectivity and efficiency.
• Coordinate with internal teams and vendors to fulfill client inquiries and onboarding to new products.
