Job summary

Clarke in St. Charles, IL seeks a Receivables and Payables Manager to lead a high-performing treasury team. You will oversee daily treasury operations, AP/AR, and drive automation initiatives while ensuring accuracy, compliance, and strong internal controls.

The role requires collaborative leadership, excellent communication, and the ability to work with vendors, banks, and cross-functional partners. This exempt position offers a hybrid schedule and competitive benefits.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in treasury, accounts payable/receivable, and cash management.
• 3+ years of leadership/management experience.
• Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, economics, or related field.
• Advanced Excel skills and cash forecast ability.
• Experience with automation initiatives and process improvements.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily treasury operations, Accounts Payable, and Accounts Receivable.
• Lead, coach, and support team members with focus on accuracy and timeliness.
• Oversee cash management, cash application, banking activity, payment processing, billing support, collections, corporate card admin, and related reporting.
• Support audit requests, compliance, internal control documentation, 1099 reporting, journal entries, and treasury reporting.
• Lead/process improvements, system updates, banking implementations, automation opportunities, cross-functional projects.
• Administer the organization's corporate card program.
