Responsibilities

• Руководство повседневной работой платежной команды и мenteринг.

• Настройка платежных конфигураций, маршрутизации и взаимодействие с провайдерами.
• Управление обновлениями, исправлениями и эксплуатационными процессами.
• Разработка и поддержка отчетности по операциям и KPI.
• Эскалация live-платежей и инцидентов.

Job description

Описание: PayDo is an Electronic Money Institution authorised by the FCA in the UK, FINTRAC in Canada, and MFSA in Malta. It operates in over 140 countries and more than 25 industries, providing multicurrency IBANs, merchant solutions, mass payments, acquiring, and open banking through a single platform and contract.

Задачи:

• Lead, coordinate, and mentor the payment team's day-to-day operations
• Monitor transaction flows, payment success rates, and decline reasons to identify and resolve issues
• Manage payment configurations, system settings, dynamic routing rules, and cascade settings for integrated providers
• Manage updates, fixes, and maintenance of daily payment settings and operational flows
• Monitor and optimise operational KPIs, including conversion rates, approval rates, routing efficiency, and decline codes
• Improve payment conversion through technical setup optimisation of active providers
• Establish, maintain, and analyse payment reporting frameworks using operational data to inform daily decisions
• Serve as the main escalation point for live transaction issues, stuck payments, and processing outages
• Oversee active acquiring and payment provider performance, including reliability, uptime, and SLA adherence
• Collaborate with Product, Tech, Support, Risk, and Compliance teams to resolve complex payment incidents
• Drive automation and continuous optimisation of internal operational workflows, QA processes, and tools
• Develop, update, and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for payment operations
• Take ownership, show initiative, deliver impactful results, and solve problems quickly with practical solutions

Требования:

• 3+ Years of experience in managerial roles within payment operations at EMIs, PSPs, payment orchestration platforms, or payment consulting firms
• Proactive approach to driving initiatives and improvements
• Strong understanding of SWIFT, SEPA, SEPA Inst, and FPS payment rails
• Experience working and communicating with banks, fintechs, and PSPs
• Excellent communication skills for collaboration with technical and non-technical teams
• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
• Advanced English and native Russian
