Arch Capital Group Ltd. is seeking a Treasury Administration professional to support the global banking administration function and related treasury systems.

The role focuses on maintaining systems, managing bank relationships, and driving process improvements across Arch’s treasury operations. Ideal candidates have a BA in Finance or related fields with 0–2 years Treasury/Finance experience, and a willingness to work with a diverse global team.

Qualifications

• BA in Finance or a related field.
• 0-2 years Treasury or Finance experience.
• CTP preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Liaise with banks for daily operational needs.
• Maintain and administer the Treasury Management System and banking portals.
• Cultivate relationships with third party service providers and treasury functions.
• Perform bank administration activities such as account opening/closing and entitlements.
• Analyze monthly bank accounts to identify unnecessary fees and optimize cash management.
• Support implementation of cash management and fraud prevention initiatives.
• Support treasury projects with analytical, research and planning assistance.
• Report governance issues and remedy non-compliance.
