Arch Capital Group Ltd. is seeking an assistant to support global banking administration and related treasury systems, helping the Treasury function meet its goals. You will contribute to daily operations and ensure accurate, timely processing across the group.

This role emphasizes cross‑functional collaboration, process standardization and ongoing improvement. You will engage with internal partners, manage governance reporting and participate in projects that add enterprise value.

Qualifications

• BA in Finance or related field, 0-2 years Treasury or Finance experience.
• CTP certification preferred but not required.
• Strong analytical, problem solving, and planning skills.
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
• Advanced MS Office proficiency, especially Excel.

Responsibilities

• Liaise with banks for daily operational needs.
• Maintain and administer the Treasury Management System and banking portals.
• Cultivate and maintain relationships with banks and treasury service providers.
• Perform bank administration activities (accounts, entitlements, fees).
• Analyze monthly bank accounts to identify fees and optimize services.
• Support implementation of cash management and fraud prevention initiatives.
• Support governance initiatives and provide regular reporting on compliance.
