Job summary

Capital Group seeks a Senior Treasury Analyst to lead global cash management, daily cash positioning, and funding for accounts payable and payroll. You will analyze liquidity needs and develop strategies that align with banking practices and country-specific requirements.

You will partner with Treasury leadership, Payroll, AP, Accounting, and banking partners to ensure accurate, timely cash activity and provide clear reporting for management and oversight committees.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 4–7+ years of Treasury/finance operations experience.
• Strong knowledge of domestic and international payment methods and electronic banking systems.
• Ability to analyze daily cash needs and assess funding across entities.
• Precise handling of time-sensitive payment activity (transfers, payroll, AP funding).
• Analytical mindset with ability to translate cash movement into clear reporting.

Responsibilities

• Lead Capital Group’s global cash management activities, including daily cash positioning and funding.
• Analyze liquidity needs and develop transaction/workflow plans.
• Collaborate with Payroll, Accounts Payable, Accounting and external banking partners.
• Provide insightful Treasury analysis and reporting for senior leaders and committees.
