The role covers bank account administration, fraud prevention, and ensuring secure, compliant treasury operations in a multi-entity real estate environment. The analyst collaborates with accountants, controllers, and banking partners to maintain accuracy and controls.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field.
• 1–2 years of treasury, cash management, or accounting experience.
• Experience in commercial real estate or multi-entity organizations is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Process and verify wire transfers, ACH payments, and internal bank transfers; maintain payment documentation.
• Monitor and respond to bank alerts; ensure timely processing ahead of cutoff times.
• Maintain Master Bank Account List and update account openings/closures.
• Administer bank access, entitlements, and PCard program with proper controls.
• Prepare daily cash snapshot and recurring payments; support month-end reconciliations.
