Beyond Wealth Management in Irvine, CA is seeking a detail-oriented Financial Analyst – Treasury to support daily treasury operations, cash management, wires/ACHs, and bank reconciliations across entities and real estate private credit portfolios.

The role emphasizes building liquidity reporting, leveraging AI tools for data verification and automated workflows, and advancing treasury/reporting capabilities for leadership insight.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field from an accredited institution.
• 1–3 years of experience in treasury, corporate finance, accounting, banking, or related analytical role.
• Solid understanding of cash management, bank reconciliation, and basic accounting principles.
• Interest in AI accounting/treasury platforms for automation and data verification.
• On-site work requirement in Irvine, CA.

Responsibilities

• Maintain daily cash position and produce liquidity reports across entities.
• Process wires, ACHs, loan advances, and disbursements with proper controls.
• Perform bank reconciliations and resolve reconciling items promptly.
• Support banking relationships and treasury documentation.
• Utilize AI tools to automate data extraction, coding, and reconciliation matching.
• Design and maintain automated workflows to accelerate reconciliation and reporting.
• Assist in investor fund operations, including capital calls and distributions.
• Build rolling cash-flow forecasts and track fund obligations and dates.
• Support month-end close and prepare investor/lender reporting packages.
