Job summary

Stripe is seeking a technically oriented professional to join Treasury Finance AI and Quantitative Analytics. You will build intelligent, autonomous tools and models that enhance treasury capabilities and scale with global growth.

Collaborate with data scientists, engineers, and finance teams to deploy AI applications, develop data pipelines, and deliver real-time insights through interactive dashboards using Python frameworks.

Qualifications

• 6–8 years of work experience in software development, data science, or treasury/finance roles.
• Proficiency in Python and AI/ML frameworks (PyTorch, TensorFlow).
• Experience with LLM frameworks (LangChain/LangGraph) for AI applications.
• Strong understanding of AI fundamentals (deep learning, NLP, generative AI).
• Excellent communication and collaboration across teams.

Responsibilities

• Develop AI-powered tools and quantitative models for treasury automation.
• Build autonomous agents and analytics that scale treasury capabilities.
• Ship interactive data products using Python frameworks (Streamlit, Dash, Gradio) to provide real-time insights.
• Collaborate with engineering and finance teams to deploy AI applications.
• Develop observability and performance analytics for treasury workstreams.
• Leverage heterogeneous data to derive business insights and recommendations.
• Build data pipelines, models, and infrastructure with data scientists and engineers.
