Job summary

Benco Dental is seeking a Senior Treasury Accountant in Pittston, PA, with a strong background in accounts receivable analysis, cash forecasting, and month-end reporting. The role reports to the Director of Treasury Management and supports treasury operations in a hybrid work environment.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s in Accounting or Finance, 4–6 years of treasury experience, and proficiency in Excel, SQL, and ERP systems.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance required.
• Treasury experience and ERP familiarity preferred.
• Strong Excel and financial analysis skills.
• Excellent communication and organizational abilities.

Responsibilities

• Review and analyze customer financial statements and AR data.
• Perform month-end reconciliations and reporting for Treasury Operations.
• Monitor DSO and AR trends; support cash management and forecasting.
• Coordinate ad hoc treasury analyses and risk hedging studies.
• Assist with UAT testing for ERP changes and user training.

Position Summary

The Treasury Accountant Senior Treasury Accountant is an integral part of the Treasury Team and reports directly to the Director of Treasury Management Responsible for reviewing analyzing reconciling and researching activities related to accounts receivable customer financial statement reviews dailymonthly analysis of line of credit availabilityforecasting and month end balance sheet reporting including DSO Dental Service Organization

Perform financial statement review and analysis of customers to assist the Customer Finance Support teamPrepare Accounts Receivable balance reportsAnalyze monthly merchant services spend and interchange fees; identifying trends and recommending strategy for attaining the lowest fee data levelsPerform month end reconciliations and reporting for both the Treasury Operations and Customer Finance Support teamsResponsible for monthly customer statement errorsBalance sheet budgeting ARDSOAnalyze and trend DSO Dental Service Organization and AR reports; allowing deeper dive on AR past dues trends etcReconcile AR accountsResearch and implement when necessary AIMachine Learning tools for efficiencyEffectively process credit cards and completion of daily credit card and cash receipts transaction reportsAssists leadership with ad hoc financial analysis and modeling on treasury related special projectsCoordinate UAT User Acceptance Testing on ERP changesGenerate credit card decline and expiration lettersComplies with all policies and standards to support the efficient operations of the department and companyPerforms other duties as assignedAt the Senior Level Assist in mentoring new team members and less tenured staffPrepare and report on quarterly contribution marginResearch and recommend interest hedging strategiesPrepare month end financial slide deck for finance team and Board of DirectorsContinuously monitor fixed coverage charge ration FCCR on monthly trailing 12 months and report quarterly to banking partnerCreate budget for FCCR tracking monthly through updated P&L forecastingPrepare bank borrowing base reporting and submit to banking partner
