Job summary

Benco Dental, a family-owned dental distributor, seeks a Treasury Accountant/Senior Treasury Accountant to join the Treasury Team. You will review, analyze, reconcile, and research AR, credit card processing, DSO, and month-end balance sheet activities, with opportunities to mentor staff and drive efficiency using AI/ML tools.

The role requires ERP coordination, on-site work 2 days per week in Pittston, PA, and strong Excel/analytics skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance required.
• 1–3 years finance experience for Treasury Accountant; 4–6 years for Senior Treasury Accountant.
• CTP certification (APF) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform financial statement review and analysis of customers to assist the Customer Finance Support team.
• Prepare Accounts Receivable balance reports.
• Analyze monthly merchant services spend and interchange fees; identify trends and advise strategies to reduce fees.
• Perform month end reconciliations and reporting for Treasury Operations and Customer Finance Support teams.
• Balance sheet budgeting (AR/DSO) and trend DSO/AR reports for deeper analysis.
• Research and implement AI/ML tools to improve efficiency.
• Process credit cards and generate daily receipts reports.
• Assist leadership with ad hoc financial analysis and treasury projects.
• Coordinate UAT on ERP changes and prepare bank reporting.
