Chicagoland nursing home consulting company is seeking an experienced Treasury Accountant. Long-term care nursing home accounting experience is required.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

1. Cash Management: Proficient in cash flow management, modeling, and projections.
2. Day-to-day Treasury Functions and Cash Management: Download transactions from bank portals into Excel and plan cash management.
3. Preparing and submitting borrowing bases to Asset-Based Lending (ABL) banks and institutions; familiar with asset-based lending borrowing base calculations.
4. Journal entries and general ledger expertise.
5. Assist supervisor on various projects.

Skills, Abilities, and Qualifications:

• General knowledge of GL accounts and their relation to banking and cash transactions.
• Understanding of general accounting functions in nursing homes, including AR, AP, PR, and GL.
• Ability to work in a team environment.
• Advanced Excel skills: Pivot tables, VLOOKUP, HLOOKUP.
• Experience with Point Click Care (PCC) software is mandatory.
• 2-3 years of related nursing home accounting experience.
