Job summary

Creative Financial Staffing, LLC is seeking a Treasurer in Archbold, Ohio to shape financial strategy for a $3.5B banking institution. The role offers a base salary of $160,000–$180,000 with a 15% incentive and profit sharing, plus long-term advancement prospects.

You will lead ALM, liquidity planning, budgeting and financial planning, while guiding the finance team and partnering with CFOs, auditors, and regulators.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or Business Administration.
• Banking treasury management experience required.
• Experience with asset/liability management (ALM) and banking profitability strategies.
• CPA, CFA, CMA, or CTP designation preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead balance sheet management, liquidity planning, investment strategy, and interest rate risk oversight.
• Own the bank's ALM platform, key pricing assumptions, and ALCO-related financial strategy.
• Direct budgeting, forecasting, cash management, and financial planning activities across the organization.
• Provide executive-level financial analysis and recommendations on profitability, capital deployment, pricing, and growth initiatives.
• Lead and develop finance team members while partnering with the CFO, accounting leadership, auditors, and regulators.
